From the start of Bush’s first term the media and Democrats waxed lyrical about how all his ideas were wrong. With the election of The One, these same groups believed these wrongs would be made right.

That’s odd, because so far:

- Obama has decided to not remove troops from Iraq and the war continues to this day.

- Obama has sent more troops to Afghanistan and escalated the conflict.

- Obama has decided to ram health care through with the nuclear option, the very option he and the Dems opposed the Bush administration on.

- Obama has not closed Guantanamo Bay.

- Obama has signed a one year extension on the Patriot Act.

- Obama now believes the best thing for KSM is to put him through a military court, not a civilian trial.

For someone who ran opposing Bush’s ideas, he sure has agreed with a lot of them.
